Culture hall

Frans Henrikson's hall in Mitt i Stan is a versatile culture hall hosting events for all ages, objectives and tastes. The hall is used as a movie theatre, concert venue, lecture hall and function room.

Frans Henrikson's hall is located on ground level in the Mitt i Stan building in Närpes. The hall is easily accessible with no stairs or high thresholds. Rows 1-3 on the balcony are also equipped with hearing loops for hearing aid users.

The hall can be hired for public or private events, with or without the balcony. The balcony has 150 seats. Two extra rows can be placed in front of the balcony, which adds the amount of seats to 180.

The balcony can be removed mechanically if a level floor space is required for an exhibition, disco, workshop, banquet, conference etc. A portable stage, which can be assembled according to your wishes, is also available. Frans Henrikson's hall can also be divided into two separate rooms accommodating about 80 people each.

Hotel Red&Green is directly connected to Frans Henrikson's hall, which makes restaurant and hotel services easily accessible during a conference or a cultural event. A reception for the event can be held at our beautiful art gallery, which is directly connected to Frans Henrikson's hall.
